1. How can I make a donation?
You can donate through the form on our website, which is integrated with the Donorbox platform. Payments are securely processed via Stripe (for credit or debit cards) or PayPal.

2. Can I choose between a one-time and a recurring donation?
Yes. During the donation process, you can select whether you want to make a one-time donation or set up a recurring donation (monthly, quarterly, or annually). The choice is clearly visible before confirmation.
3. Can I modify or cancel a recurring donation?
Yes, but only the donor can do so, in one of the following ways:
- Via the Donor Portal: After your first donation, you will receive an email with a link to your Donorbox profile. From there, you can manage:• Amount

4. Can the organization modify or activate a recurring donation on my behalf?
No. For technical and regulatory reasons, no beneficiary organization can change a donor’s choices (amount or frequency). Only the donor has control. We can only process a refund or cancel a recurring plan upon your request.
5. What if I accidentally activate a recurring donation?
Contact us, and we will cancel the recurring plan and refund the amount if requested.
6. How is my data security managed?
Stripe and PayPal directly handle payment data, adhering to PCI DSS security standards. These internationally recognized platforms use advanced encryption systems to ensure maximum data protection.
Support and Sustain Children does not store your card or account details.

You will receive an automatic receipt via email. If you need a personalized receipt for tax purposes, please contact us, and we will gladly provide one.
